Roof repairs & gutters in Jannali,
done properly.

We're based in Miranda, about 10 minutes from Jannali. For emergencies where water is coming in, we answer the phone 24 hours a day and will get someone out to make it safe as fast as we can. For non-urgent quotes we'll book a time that suits you, usually within a few days.

No. Quotes are free and there's no obligation. One of our estimators will meet you at the property, get up on the roof to inspect and measure properly, and we'll email you a detailed quote, in most cases within a few hours, with photos and a full report if you need one.

Honestly, it depends, and anyone who quotes you a figure over the phone without seeing the roof is guessing. Cost is driven by the size and pitch of the roof, how hard it is to access safely, whether it's tile or metal, and how much of the structure underneath is still sound. That's exactly why the inspection and quote are free: we'd rather spend an hour getting it right than give you a number we can't stand behind.

Access-restricted repairs on steep sites. Jannali is built across steep blocks, which makes access the first thing we assess. Many homes still carry original fibro-era roofing or early tile, and safe access and harness points often determine how a job gets quoted.
