You’re the one who has to explain the invoice to an owners committee. We write our reports so that conversation is easy.
From the moment we receive your work order we take over: access, tenant contact, the inspection, the report and the invoicing. Our office team work quickly, and in most cases the quote is with you within a few hours of the inspection.

For buildings with known problems, heavy tree cover, or a roof we’re nursing along until replacement is budgeted.

The common choice. Catches blocked gutters and valleys before the wet season turns them into a ceiling repair.

For newer roofs in good order. An annual check and a written report so the committee has a record.
