If the problems are isolated, such as a few cracked tiles, one rusted flashing or perished pointing on the ridge, a repair or restoration is usually the right call. Honestly, it depends, and anyone who quotes you a figure over the phone without seeing the roof is guessing. Cost is driven by the size and pitch of the roof, how hard it is to access safely, whether it's tile or metal, and how much of the structure underneath is still sound. That's exactly why the inspection and quote are free: we'd rather spend an hour getting it right than give you a number we can't stand behind.
